Shipping policy

Kingboy offers FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders (as well as FREE RETURN SHIPPING), and we aim to ship out all orders within 72 hours of placement.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info within this timeframe, please check your spam folder and if you cannot find it there, please email us at hello@kingboy.co and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with an update.

Note that severe weather, busy shopping periods, and pandemic spikes (!) may impact shipping times beyond our control.

We currently are only able to ship to domestic locations (within the U.S.) but we are working on adding international shipping capabilities.
