Refund policy

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your dog bed! If you aren't, Kingboy will gladly accept returns of all products (except products labeled "FINAL SALE"), no questions asked, within 60 days of the delivery date of your order. We will provide a return shipping label FREE OF CHARGE.   

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@kingboy.co with the subject "RETURNS" and include your name and order number in the email. We will send you a FREE shipping label to attach to your package.

Once the item has reached our warehouse, we will begin steps to initiate your refund. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method. 

Exchanges: 

We do not process exchanges, except in the event that you would like to swap out your new/unused dog bed cover for a different style in the same size. In this case, please email us at hello@kingboy.co with your contact information, order number, style name for replacement dog bed cover, and reason for exchange. We will respond within 24 hours and will send you the requested replacement cover (if in stock) along with instructions and a free shipping label for returning the original cover. 

Otherwise, the simplest approach to swap a product is to place a new order for a new bed and return the old one via the product return procedures detailed above.

Order Cancellations:

If you are having second thoughts, orders may be cancelled within one hour of being placed; otherwise, the fulfillment process may have begun which makes it more difficult to cancel the order. But shoot us an email at hello@kingboy.co and we will absolutely try our best to cancel the order even if it is outside the one hour window, so long as the order has not yet shipped! If we aren't able to cancel the order before it has shipped, you can return the product(s) at no charge by emailing us to request a return shipping label.
